      • Savings and Credit Co-operatives (SACCOs) typically act as data controllers for the personal data they or their members upload to SaccoSys in connection with our services.
      • SaccoSys typically acts as a data processor, processing this data in accordance with applicable service and/or data processing agreements.
   
   

   2. We will collect and store personal data from SACCO members, employees and administrators to provide our services. For example, if you are an authorised user of SaccoSys, you would need to provide us with your personal details (when using our platform) such as full name, username, email address and password to register and access all functionalities of our platform.

   
   

   3. We may also collect and store media, documents, or other information you provide to us, such as phone number, identification information, financial data related to SACCO transactions. We collect this information directly from users, through forms, or from the SACCOs using our system.

   
   

   4. We keep logs about SaccoSys authenticated users such as IP Addresses, Actions and Timestamps related to their use of SaccoSys.

   2. To facilitate SACCO operations, including member registration, loan processing and savings tracking
