1. Introduction

   These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SaccoSys® software and are a legal agreement betweeen you and SaccoSys. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. SaccoSys is owned and operated by Yaatu Tech Limited, headquartered in Mbarara, Uganda.

2. Use of Our Services

   SaccoSys is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for Savings and Credit Co-operatives (SACCOs), Savings and Investment Groups, Company SACCOs, Micro-Finance Institutions (MFIs) and Village Savings and Loans Associations (VSLAs). By using our services, you confirm that:
   1. You are authorized by a SACCO to use our software.
   2. All information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
   3. You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Account Registration

   1. To use SaccoSys, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
   2. You're must not allow any other person to use your account to login to SaccoSys.

4. Payment Terms

   SaccoSys operates on annual subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees as detailed in your contract and MOU. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of your access to our services.

5. User Responsibilities

   As a user of SaccoSys, you agree to:
   1. Abide by all applicable Ugandan laws and regulations
   2. Use our software only for the purposes outlined in your SACCO's agreement and MOU
   3. Respect the privacy and confidentiality of SACCO members' data

6. Intellectual Property

   All software, text, images, and other content provided through SaccoSys are the intellectual property of Yaatu Tech Limited You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

7. Termination

   We reserve the right to terminate your access to SaccoSys at any time if you violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

8. Changes to Terms

   We may update these Terms periodically. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our platform.
